normal hours of operation for on-site services: 

  10:00am - 6:00pm M-F

  10:00am - 2:00pm Sat

Some services are available 24/7/365 at normal rates. After hours, or emergency on site service calls are handled at higher rates. A voice message, web based form, or email stating an emergency will get a call back within 30 minutes.
